OUR FOUNDERS

the Rubicon Project was started by a team of successful entrepreneurs, all of whom have been pioneers in the advertising technology space. After identifying the enormous opportunity to address the problems faced by premium Web publishers, CEO & Founder Frank Addante got together with the original team that built L90/adMonitor (Craig Roah, Julie Mattern and Duc Chau), a S.W.A.T. team of successful entrepreneurs and Internet advertising experts, and together they started the Rubicon Project. Their mission was to change the face of Internet advertising forever - and to build an amazing company along the way.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

It's simple. Our goal is to build and grow a truly unique company. From the people we hire, our company culture, the products we build, the way we partner with our customers, to the way we reward our employees, we aim to make the Rubicon Project a place people are excited to come to everyday.
