All team members are encouraged to nominate their peers who they feel fit the bill. Communication regarding recipients and the reasons for the acknowledgement are shared on Yammer, our preferred internal communications platform.

Today, team members are able to have their Yammer posts displayed across designated screens in all offices, allowing team members to get a glimpse of what useful company information & conversations were currently taking place on Yammer.

Culture Goals v1.0

  • We recently rolled out three Culture goals for the next 18 months: excellence in execution, engineering driven culture and a leading innovation environment. Each of these goals reflects and touches base on the foundation of the company and culture being people, product and customers. Great people innovate great products and great products attract great customers. As we work to roll out recurring initiatives and new releases, metrics will be gathered around each item and event gauge its success and areas of improvement.
