Rubicon Project Joins Initiative to Fill Ad Space with COVID-19 PSAs
With the global COVID-19 pandemic, having access to free, accurate information has never been more vital. During this trying time, Rubicon Project is committed to keeping the public informed as to what measures they can take to contain the spread of the virus. To help achieve this, we are joining Amobee’s COVID-19 PSA campaign to promote fair, open, and useful information for consumers around the world. Along with nine other industry partners and the World Health Organization (WHO), Rubicon Project is proud to help fill ad space with COVID-19 PSAs to keep the public, our partners, and customers best informed.
Amobee’s COVID-19 PSA campaign consists of a series of banner ads, pictured below, featuring a simple call-to-action linking consumers to WHO’s dedicated site on the virus. The ads are also available in Spanish, and can run across Spanish language sites and apps.
On WHO’s site, the public can learn recommended practices for personal and public safety during the pandemic. The site also provides live updates, online prevention training, and situation reports to keep the public best informed.
Supporting Our Customers, Partners, and Employees
Our commitment to sharing accurate information regarding COVID-19 falls in line with Rubicon Project’s mission to keep the internet free and open and fuel its growth.
Throughout the global crisis, Rubicon Project and our employees are continuing to serve our global network of leading publishers, media providers, and top brands, enabling them to reach more than 1 billion consumers worldwide.
In alignment with the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization, we have taken recommended measures to curtail the spread of the COVID-19 virus, including social distancing and, where necessary, work-from-home office mandates.
Throughout this difficult time, Rubicon Project’s robust technology, data centers, and client service teams are moving forward with daily business, continuing to put our customers first.
We encourage other companies across the industry to join the initiative. Through focused communication and solidarity, we hope to harness the power of media to help others.
