Aaron is responsible for the company’s legal affairs with a focus on corporate and security compliance. As General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, he oversees public company compliance and reporting, corporate and board governance, M&A, capital markets, litigation, intellectual property and employment matters.
Before the merger with Rubicon Project, Aaron was General Counsel for Telaria where he oversaw all legal matters. Aaron joined Telaria in 2013 and successfully navigated the company through its initial public offering and transition to a public company.
Prior to joining Telaria, he practiced as a corporate attorney for Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where he led deal teams for large scale public M&A transactions.
Aaron holds a B.A. in History from Cornell University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he graduated cum laude.
